Collection & Delivery Policy

Most Zedula partner businesses operate on a collection (takeaway) basis — you order online and collect from the partner. Delivery is offered only where a specific partner provides it.

1. Collection

For collection orders, you place your order online, receive your pickup details (such as a pickup code or barcode), and collect from the partner business. Show your pickup details at the counter to collect.

2. Preparation & timing

Goods are prepared by the partner business. At checkout you choose a collection time where offered (for example “as soon as ready” or a set time). Fresh food is prepared to order.

3. Delivery

Zedula does not operate a platform-wide courier service. Where an individual partner offers delivery, its delivery areas, fees and times are shown at that partner’s storefront. If it is not offered, orders are for collection only.

4. Uncollected orders

Please collect your order within a reasonable time of it being ready. If you cannot collect, contact the partner business or us as soon as possible.
